Thorough interview process starting with online test and finishing with 2 day assessment center. The online test covers psychometric and verbal reasoning. This is followed by a telephone interview with a 3rd party recruitment company. If successful you are invited to a 2 day assessment process which covers 4 key interview exercises; group exercise, face-to-face interview, role play and case study exercise.
