I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2025
Interview
My experience with Kerry was quite disappointing. I was interviewed twice, including a second round of interviews, and it took them three weeks to get back to me, only to inform me that my application was rejected.
Initially, I was invited for an in-person meeting, but after several discussions, they ultimately decided not to proceed. The communication should have been clearer from the beginning. Instead, I was left waiting until the end of the month to receive a rejection.
My only advice: Please consider improving your process and communication format before interviewing candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kerry
Interview
It was a good experience and hiring manager was friendly and very welcoming. She explained about the role and company background and her expectations etc. It was good conversation with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (Singapore) in Jan 2017
Interview
Had 4 rounds of interview (1 phone, 3 in person with different people at progressively senior levels); everyone was very engaging and willing to answer all my questions patiently and in good detail. Entire process took about 3 weeks to arrange (due to some interviewers not being in the country) but logistics was smooth with due consideration for my time and availability. Was made a reasonable and good offer with great benefits. I started work few weeks later.
