Interview
Thorough in questions and testing of abilities but not intimidating. People are generally quite friendly. They don't rush through things but they're not super quick to get back to you. First interview was questions and a logical thinking test, second was a mechanical test, an electrical test and an electrical drawings test.

Question 1
Ask a question based of each of their values. 'On it' 'Forward looking' 'Courageous' 'Ownership' . Second tests were building up a mechanical piece of equipment, showing electrical fault finding on a test panel and showing you can read drawings. There was a logical thinking test as well which was hard.
