Interview
Very casual office. Meeting includes interviews with head of risk and IR, as well as computer tests to see what your ability to react to motions on the computer as well as the ability to spot patterns. Phone interview was more of a personality than anything to see if you have the right mindset to be a trader.

Worse interview I have ever done. It was with Thomas Nunn. He was 15 minutes late, rude and he did not explain me amything about the job. We did a zoom call which consisted mostly on behavioral questions. He did not even introduce himself nor the company and it felt that he was in a rush to leave the call. He did not even turn his camera on so it felt very akward and I was wondering all the time what was he actually doing because he was rude and clearly not engaged in the conversation. Very low tier company.
