Super easy. Several steps. A online test, 2 interviews (one through phone). Most of the questions are behavior questions. Basically choose the right candidate through their resume, experience and willing to be a better trader. Most of the guys, even newer guys are experienced traders from other firm or traded by themselves before.

Worse interview I have ever done. It was with Thomas Nunn. He was 15 minutes late, rude and he did not explain me amything about the job. We did a zoom call which consisted mostly on behavioral questions. He did not even introduce himself nor the company and it felt that he was in a rush to leave the call. He did not even turn his camera on so it felt very akward and I was wondering all the time what was he actually doing because he was rude and clearly not engaged in the conversation. Very low tier company.
