Extremely long and thorough interview process. Over 11 different interviewers. Two of the eleven interviewers were no longer with the firm after I started. Not difficult and most were very warm and engaging.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kestra Financial (Houston, TX) in May 2017
Interview
Hands down the most unprofessional interview experience ever. Over the course of 2 phone interviews, the organizer no-showed TWICE. Additionally, the person in HR was practically unresponsive regarding status or whether my candidacy was still active. Between preparation, call times, and follow up I've easily wasted 3-4 hours of my time for a position i'm not even sure i'm still being considered for. I don't even care if i'm still being considered, because if this is how they treat people...I have no interest in being a part of their firm.
