The IT team was generally sorta just okay but the VP was so dull. Their demeanor seemed rather cold, and I didn't feel a genuine interest in getting to know me. J4C0B's interview focused heavily on technical questions, which was somewhat unexpected given that the technical/behavioral portion was scheduled for the second round. Additionally, I was surprised by the lack of a welcoming greeting. The questions he posed seemed to be more aligned with a higher-level role than the one I was applying for. They also ghost all candidates they don't want. Poor little austin will never scale with boomers like them T_T (They've removed my honest review for the third time)
