I was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up a time to talk about the position and review my work history. We spoke for 30 minutes. Pretty standard initial screening. She asked for my availability to proceed to the next step for an interview with the hiring team. I provided my availability and now it's been over a month and haven't heard anything about next steps. Pretty unfortunate that basic professionalism eludes this particular recruiter. Oh well, got to move on.
