Great process and experience, all around. Had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a virtual 1:1 with team. Once the interview was complete, I submitted references, and was offered the position the following week. I then competed a background check and drug screening. Everything is very straightforward. I like how the process isn’t dragged out, like some companies tend to do. Really appreciated the transparency from HR and team as well as the great communication through the process.
