Interview
Overall not a great experience. No pre screen with the recruiter, went straight into a video interview with the hiring manager for the first round. Then went to the next round, hiring manager peer and peer in a different department. 2 separate hour long interviews. Then 3rd round with Human Resources. Human Resources didn’t show up to the video call, I sent an email 10 minutes in to see if the interview was still on and they finally joined 15 minutes after start time. No sorry or explanation. No remorse for wasting a candidate’s time. Interview only lasted 10 minutes. Then heard nothing. Followed up twice with the recruiter and finally got a thanks but no thanks email 2 weeks later. Overall terrible experience.
After the initial screening call I had multiple half hour interviews with different people from the org. Most of the questions were all behavioral. They wanted to know why I wanted to work at the company and if i would be a good fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper (Houston, TX) in Feb 2020
