Interview
The process was pretty short, two 45 min interviews, in the beginning, to drill deeper into my resume and technical background, then a case study once I passed those two followed by an ending behavioral. However, it could take a long time for them to communicate with you about final decisions (or just advancement to your next interview). I received an email notifying me around 2-3 weeks after the last one that a final decision would be made in the following week, so do be patient if you are really interested in the role.

Applied on LinkedIn, very easy application. Was reached out to (also on LinkedIn) by a recruiter to set up a 1st round Recruiting interview, basic stuff. Recruiter lacked at responding in a timely fashion. Interview went great, at the end recruiter wanted to set up a call with the hiring manager, then asked for desired salary. After learning desired salary (market, non-tech rate), recruiter said they were going to hold off on next round to see if a salary above range could get approved. Never heard from them again.

Interview
It’s sad because I really liked the team, but the way their interview/communication process is is bizarre. They’d email to say they wanted to call and the call would be to let me know that nothing has happened but that they are “extremely interested”. Then they called to say that I’d know by a certain day. And then they ghosted me for a while, well past the day, and rejected me. It felt like a long, drawn out process. The teams seemed to be on very different pages, which is a bummer because I love the team I interviewed with.
