I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Unorganized and unaligned: 1st interview virtual with hiring manager & 2 others, felt like I was on a game show, lots of "good answer" comments. 2nd interview with panel was a presentation of a case study of which they allotted an hour & then when we virtually met the time reduced to 20 mins of which hiring mgr decided the whole interview would be 20 mins of which my case study is only 5 mins. Also, we aligned on a salary in interview #1. Interview #4, when they made the offer it was $70K less than the range posted in the listing and $20K less than discussed in interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Because they are unorganized that's what makes the interview difficult Lots of questions on culture & behavior: Prioritize these words, Trust, Sales, Responsibility, Etc. Tell me about a time you convinced a buyer to buy, Tell me how we should compete against competition, How would you gain additional product space, How do you convince internal employees to work with you/your ideas

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper (New York, NY)
Interview
I had a series of four interviews including 1:1 and panel interviews over a couple of weeks. Probably spent 10+ hours invested and then was ghosted by the company. No communication to even tell me I wasn't selected to move forward. It's likely a sign of a disorganized company if they treat their candidates that way. I was not impressed.
