Online video clips. It Gives you time to prepare and you can retake your video responses. Harder than an in person interview. Some of the questions were repetitive. Overall it was easy to use.
1st step screening personality assessment, followed by 2nd interview w/ HR representative. If selected to proceed, then zoom conference call w/ team lead & hiring manager. Total lack of follow up after the zoom call. I didn't even receive a rejection letter. In my opinion, the lack of follow up is unprofessional.
