Interview
Submitted resume in portal. Received email from talent acquisition team to set up interview. Interviewer did not show up to the interview or respond to any emails or calls inquiring what happened and asking to reschedule. Portal then said my application was withdrawn due to no interview 10 days later. Extremely unprofessional for this size company.

Interview
KDP is inconsiderate and will waste your time. I was contacted promptly by Talent Acquisition after submitting my application. Following our discussion, I had an interview scheduled with the manager, followed by another interview with both the manager and the director. This entire process unfolded within two weeks, and they assured me I'd receive feedback "either way" by the end of the week. Despite sending a follow-up note, I haven't heard anything back. It's disheartening to invest time in three interviews and not receive any update. I believe a candidate deserves a "yes" or a "no" after three interviews, all three interviews went well and I am clueless as to why they ghosted me.
