The online video interview consisted of four questions, each with a five-minute timer for responses. After they said they would email and it took about 5 weeks to hear back.

it was a prerecorded digital interview with 3 questions being elevator pitch and then on your skills. I didn't get a return offer so I cant speak on the following interview steps

It was pretty though, and unexpected. Some of the questions they ask like how would you sell this secret bottle? Otherwise I guess it's a great process. Maybe I have more luck next time
