Frustrating. Seems unorganized. Referred by former colleague. Had phone screening with HR rep which seemed to go well. Mentioned they would stay in touch within a week with feedback and would work with hiring manager to coordinate future interview. Was then ghosted after sending two follow up emails thanking them for the time and requesting an update.
