Interview
I had a 30 minute phone screen with the HR person. She was very friendly. Next, I had a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very pressed for time. She came across as very stressed, with very little interest in answering questions I had. I asked "how long does it take a developer to deliver a single line of code to production". I ask this question to learn about CI/CD pipeline health. She was confused by the question and seemingly irritated by it, then preceded to begrudgingly answered it. That was the end of the interview. The conversation with the hiring manager was a red flag for me. If she didn't have the time or patience to talk to me during an interview, that wasn't a good sign.
