Interviewed by 3 people, asked mostly personality questions and a few simple financial questions. The 3 interviewers consisted of the State Manager, Regional Manager and a associate currently in the Rotation Program. They were all really nice and were looking mostly for experience dealing with people. Still waiting for a response for the more technical interview.
