I applied through college or university. I interviewed at KeyBank (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview was very basic. They did ask a few standard accounting and finance questions but it wasn't very difficult. They also want to know if you are knowledgeable about what is going on in the industry. They will ask you to speak about a specific issue. They also asked about a time I took initiative.

I applied online. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
3 rounds of intervies on the same day, with mostly behavioral questions and some technical questions. Interviewed again the week after, mostly behavioral and fit-based, but ultimately did not get an offer
first was a phone screen with HR, then a panel interview (45min) with 3 people. all behavioral questions, very nice interviewers, left a lot of time for questions at the end.
Easy, talked to 3 people, all basic questions and I ended up getting the job. They were all very nice and inviting. It started as a phone call, then moved into two separate zoom meetings.
