Started with HR contact. That was followed by two interviews. Total on-boarding of job took almost three months. Interviewed with Branch Manager, District Manager and HR Rep first. They asked about how you would bring business to the branch and what methods you would use. Keybank is a proponent of using you Centers of Influence. They would also like to see sales results from your current job. Second interview was with the banks branch managers in training and a District Operations Manager. Past that there is an application, test, and drug testing as all banks have. I have Health, Life and 6 and 63 investment licensing.
