They told me I was a great fit for the position every step of the way and inspired confidence that I would get the job. They then told me I would definitely have an answer by the end of a certain day. This was back in August, it is now October and still have not heard anything from them. Obviously I did not get the job, I just thought it was unprofessional to not even send an email. I followed up numerous times to get an answer.
