The process began with an email responding to my resume and application submission. I was invited to a phone interview. The phone interview was straightforward, they're really looking at whether you can be personable at this point. I was told over the phone that I would be ushered on in the process. I got a follow up email asking when I could interview in person. I went to the branch and they asked me qll the STAR formatted questions. I suggest answering the questions in a friendly manner and not offering anything up about yourself beyond what is asked unless you have questions about the job. I did not get the position-- I highly suspect they already had someone in mind and just had to go through the hiring process in order for it to be legit.
