The process started out great. The recruiting team was really nice during the phone screen and in subsequent emails to set up the interview process.. but it took quite a bit of time to schedule a 2nd interview (2.5 weeks). Had the 2nd interview and was told by the hiring manager that they would have a decision in 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks I followed up with the recruiter and was told they were still interviewing and would continue into the following week. The recruiter advised they would follow up once they knew more. 4.5 weeks later I had another offer pending and followed up with no response. 7 weeks later and no follow up either way.
