Preliminary interview over the phone. Their recruiting team was professional and friendly over the phone. Asked me about my work prefreneces, asked to described a few difficult work experiences I have had and how I was able to work through them, and explained the benefits they offer to employees. They followed up with in a day to schedule an in person interview.

I first did a pre screening with a recruiter. Then had three rounds of interviews, all STAR method questions. Got my offer via phone call. Background check time frame was not too long. Overall a great experience

The first part is a phone interview. You speak to a recruiter who asked some simple questions about previous experience. Afterwards you are scheduled for an in person interview with the branch manager.
It was an online interview. It was very informative, although once I got the position I felt as though it was inaccurately portrayed to me. Other than that, the interview process was pleasant.
