KeyBank Personal Banker interview questions

Very unprofessional experience with the recruiter. Recruiters are contractors and not actual Key employees and it shows. The recruiter for this area is based on the other side of the state and you would think her communication is being hand delivered by walking from one side of the state to the other. I originally applied for a Personal Banking position on a referral from a current employee. Got the initial phone interview about a week later, very standard interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Recruiter then said she would forward me to a branch manager for interview, and was going to call the area manager to set up a time and let me know. It was another two weeks before I heard from her again. She stated that the position at that branch was filled and that she wanted to send me to another for interview. I agreed and she said again she would call the area manager and set up a time and get back to me. Another 4-5 days go by before I get a call to confirm the time. I go to the interview with a branch manager and area manager which went very well. We talked for about an hour and the area manager flat out told me she wanted to offer me the job and would be in touch with the recruiter. I sit by the phone for another week or so. Finally get a call back from the recruiter stating that the area manager absolutely wants me in her market, but that the branch manager wants someone with more experience. Asks if I can go to another interview with branch manager in another branch. No problem. Second branch interview goes well, but when I arrive, I find out it is actually for a License Banker position, something that would be an extreme challenge to a new hire that is new to the banking industry. Interview goes fairly well, recruiter calls about 12 days later to say they went with someone with more experience and that she wants me to go to a 3rd branch. I agree. We continue on this pattern. Area manager wants me in her market, managers don't seem to want to have the extra burden of training me. I stop getting responses from recruiter. Area manager still expresses interest and puts me in for an interview at her highest volume branch. Branch manager flat out says that he feels it would be too hard to train a new person, and I should start at a smaller branch. I give up at this point. Let me just mention that during this entire experience, the current employee that referred me also referred someone for a branch manager position, and two more personal bankers. The recruiter's unprofessionalism drove all 3 to Citizens bank, as they had similar experiences to me.
