Had two rounds , both were direct interview by the team . First round was easy , had questions like tell me about yourself, convince me to switch from one product to another. Second round was final interview with Hr or the team .

Interview
Interview was fully based on personality, communication and presentation. Situation based questions were asked(try to convince the interviewer that theatre is better than ott for eg) and not much technical or core questions were asked.

Interviewer asked hr questions like why should we hire you, why do you want to join keynence, why do want to go into sales and so on.
First question was I am not into fitness industry convince me to join any fitness industry
The second question was introduce yourself
They have a 6 total round selection
The first round is j a m its called just a minute then it's GD then it's technical interview round then finally hr around
