They conducted a seminar explaining their company culture and job expectations, then had us do a self-guided and timed video recording, where we answered their interview questions for alleged review at a later date.

Lengthier process, info session, hirevue, screening call, location confirmation, roleplay and final interview. you meet with a lot of people but they inform you and keep you comfortable throughout the whole process.
