Met them at a career fair and had an on-campus quick face to face interview. Next step was an intense in-person interview at their Chicago headquarters involving pitching a product, working on case study with a team, and an interview with several high level members.

Interview
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
