Contacted via email to complete a 30 minute timed aptitude test, followed by a video recorded interview that was also timed all within 2 days of receiving the email in order to be considered for a second interview. Having to basically record yourself, rather than actually talking to someone on the other end was very awkward and unnatural.

Interview
The interview process was pretty informative and straightforward. First, the company hosted a webinar with a panelist describing the company and the position itself, as well as answering and all questions the potential candidates might have had. They sent a link attaching an assessment which is essentially a digital interview. You are asked 5 questions, and with a maximum of 3 minutes per question, you record yourself answering each question. After you've completed this step, the recruiting team informs you of the next steps.
