Overall a good experience. Standard interview process, with aptitude test and then face to face.
Drove 3 hours to Heathrow to have a great face to face interview. Unfortunately I didn’t get the job as I fell short on the aptitude test.
My only criticism would be that surely if you don’t pass the criteria for aptitude test then this should flag up, therefore not wasting anyone’s time going to face to face interview regardless of how well you do
