Interview
Short and to the point. The phycology / intelligence test is a bit outdated in my perspective. The 3 rounds of interviews are enough to get to know a candidate and for them to get a feel for the company.
You will take an exam. After you passed the exam, they will schedule you for an online interview. If you passed the initial interview then you will receive a schedule for the final interview.

Screening > Test(BMCT-II)> Online Interview> Another Test & Final Interview at their office, transportation is provided by them.
I was interviewed last Monday (6-13-22) but I still haven't heard from them.

The screening time took 10 days before receiving their email. The assessment exam was easy yet challenging also. The initial interview is online (via Zoom) and took about less than 30 mins.
