The interview process was pretty informative and straightforward. First, the company hosted a webinar with a panelist describing the company and the position itself, as well as answering and all questions the potential candidates might have had. They sent a link attaching an assessment which is essentially a digital interview. You are asked 5 questions, and with a maximum of 3 minutes per question, you record yourself answering each question. After you've completed this step, the recruiting team informs you of the next steps.
