      i got contacted by a recruiter. first you send in your cv, then you research about the company, what they do, who they are; then you move onto the role, researching what it entails and what skills they are looking for. Then you go onto an interview where you'll cover basic questions about yourself and your experience, then you'll answer some questions about your behaviour in certain situations and finally they'll ask you to describe your strengths, weaknesses, why the company and why the role.
