There were a couple of over the phone interviews and Skype calls, but no art test at all. The interviews themselves were pretty easy. Nothing stick out as difficult. But through out the process there were a couple of red flags that made me cautious. During the interview there were akward moments where the employee themselves were talking about how much work was put on him and how he was working alone etc. He was clearly stressed and it made me very put of to working there. Especially when he said I'd be on his team. The job also kept changing after every interview. I would be told one thing only to hear "oh btw the job is this now". The job kept changing. I did get an offer but turned it down. They offered way below the average wage for Washington, offered no relocation and wanted me there in a week. Obviously I said no.
