Here's what happened when I was invited to their recruitment office in ortigas: 1. I was asked to fill up a personal data sheet by the HR officer in the receiving area. She didn't smile or whatsoever and a little robotic. Might be tired for the day. 2. Take a written technical exam. 3. Interviewed with a HR guy regarding my CV. I was off a little as he was playing mobile games while conducting the interview. 4. After that, I was told that they will probably call me later or the next day. 5. The next day they called and asked if I'm free to do the technical interview with their tech guys the next day afternoon. I don't a webcam so I used my mobile phone instead. 6. Did the interview with their tech manager and IT officer which lasted for about 30 mins. 7. Did a followup for the said position for the next 3 weeks. HR Officer was very nice and accommodating. 8. After 3 weeks I was informed that another candidate was given the job.
