The interview process consisted of an on-line 30 minute test, which was extremely easy. Most of the focus was on attention to details and basic grammar knowledge.
Next step was a Skype call with HR lady. I don't remember answering anything difficult, it was mostly general questions and as long as you speak the language and are positive towards gaming, you are hired.

a) Language test which is really tricky because you have to pay attention on details
b) game experience and awareness test
c) Skype Interview. Or phone interview if needed. in my case they send me a message on skype chat that they would prefer to call me because their microphone is not working
d) 1-to-4 interview with the project manager and three people from the client (game development company) which was more stressful and intense than what I thought it would be.
