Th interview process included three steps: the first meeting where they described the job and asked me about my experience and skills. The second one was a test that i completed in 4 days. the third step was a 3 hour live test. That is: I would connect to their laptop and work on the tasks they assigned to me while they all were monitoring me. they have been very nice and kind throughout the whole process.
