I usually don't get hung up on applications, I know the reality of the recruitment process and have been taking care of hiring for previous employers, but Keywords Studio both has a pretty lengthy and involved interview process (tests, mock posts, translations...etc) and assures you that you will hear back from your recruiter regardless of the decision. I never got a follow-up, even after several check-ins with both my recruiter and the language test team who took care of my language test. I wouldn't even have waited for an answer if I wasn't assured that I would get one. The most disappointing recruiting process I've ever been through.
