First, the auto reply system was awful that sent so many times of exams before the interview. I had done the exam twice because of their own technical issue, and send the exam to me the third times. No replied if you send the message to the HR, all you can do is waiting and waiting. Second, the interview took about 1.5 hours. It was a joyful interview however, didn't provide valuable information, it was more about the big picture. Third, asking me to wait for the further notice, but already more than 2 months, still nothing. The worst thing is to let the candidate wait for nothing.
