After I completed my online application and then doing my online test (2.5 hour test), it took them more than two weeks to get back to me. I received an interview invite which I was able to attend the next day already. The interview was casual, relaxed and positive. As for weekend availability, I told the recruiter that the weekend is reserved for my family. The majority of the interview was basically the recruiter explaining how things work and about the process I receive an offer etc., but since they mentioned NDA, it was more of a high level general overview. I was told that after 7 days I will receive feedback. After 7 days, I did not receive feedback so I messaged the recruiter again who then responded that same day saying that I was declined because I was not willing to work on weekends (which is interesting as the job application did not mention a core requirement to work on weekends). They did however provide me with another job application opportunity and told me that if I would be interested, they would contact the testing team to send me another online test. I was also told that the position would only be for normal hours during the week. After agreeing, I quickly received a new test for this new position, which was a bit more extensive as the previous test and took me about 3.5 hours to complete. Again, after 7 days I did not heard back from the recruiter. It has now been more that 2 weeks (business days) and I doubt that I will ever hear back from them...
