They didn't even interview me. They sent me what they called a "language proficiency test", but it was actually full of questions suggesting social media strategy, and then less than a day later, after they'd gotten free work from me, they rejected me.

Multiple zoom interviews. Not overly complicated but some misrepresentations of the position in question. Contract work and only available in specific states. Pay was very low for the amount of work expected.

Fue un proceso que inició en Noviembre 2024 y me volvieron a contactar hasta Junio 2025 para reactivar el proceso. ¡7 meses de espera!
En el último filtro me entrevisto la que la project manager del proyecto, le gustó mi perfil y me comentó que esperaría a recibir la notificación por parte de RRHH.
Tras 2 semanas de espera, la de RRHH me comenta que el proyecto se canceló y que se iban a quedar con mis datos.
Pura perdida de tiempo, es una empresa muy dependiente de proyectos, se tardar 7-8 meses en obtener proyectos, sólo para ver que se los cancelas y los candidatos no obtienen ofertas laborales.
Pésima empresa.
