Language test -> 30 min interview with recruiter -> 30 min interview with project manager -> 2 days later I got a phone call asking for my diploma, passport and ID card scans (at that point I was very confident I was chosen because the interviews went smoothly as well) 3 days later I received an offer. I have to decline because the salary was too low for someone who has 5 years exp (7k gross PLN for a full time position); I’ve been working in the industry for 4+ years so I know this is way below the industry standards tho their HR insisted otherwise. I was not given any salary range during the earlier stages of my interviews, so quite a shock and disappointment after spending 3 weeks in the process.
