I applied online for the position, got screening call from HR, who was very nice . HR asked to submit a pre-screening document which was 4-5 pages long. Then in 2 weeks interview (on zoom) was scheduled with 6 different managers and leads . Interview was 3 hours long which was not very difficult. After the interview I was asked to wait for 2-3 weeks for the response , but unfortunately I got nothing from them. HR did not bother to send rejection mail. If a candidate is taking off from his current job to accommodate a 3 hour interview , at least that candidate deserves to know the status of his application even if he is rejected. Sad to see that this company don’t have even 3 min to send out a rejection mail. I waited for 6 weeks to get the response, tried to follow up but they ghosted me.
