I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
I prepared the night before for a standard interview. I gathered my questions and worked on my presentation. I arrived on time and was greeted almost 30 minutes later by Manager who walked me back to the sales floor and asked me a question about my current role then said "this interview is a little different. We are going to have you sit with a few reps first to discuss the different roles and learn more about what you want to do. Once that's done let us know what direction works best for you". I said ok, and sat with a few reps asking questions about what they did. They asked me the same question each time, what did I do now and why I wanted to leave. Then they told me about their roles and found someone else for me to sit with. I sat with about 3 different reps from sales and recruiting. All the while never diving deep into my past experience or what made me a good choice for either role. I was asked to bring my resume and never was asked to crack open that folder once.
After I sat with the last rep he got up to find the manager who walked me back and then came back to me and said I am going to walk you out. I said OK, but I felt a little weird about the whole situation. When was my interview? As soon as I got out, I called my recruiter and got no answer. I sent a follow up email as well with no reply. I then spent the next 3 days calling and emailing once a day to follow up with no answer. One morning I got an email saying "we have decided to go with another candidate". This made me pause, "well what did they base that decision on?" I sat with 3 reps and not a single one "interviewed" me. All they did was go over their roles. I also didn't apply for this job, I was sought out on LinkedIn by the recruiter based on my experience. I did the phone interview and the personality test and was invited in. Everything was "all good" before I got there and the manager got to see me dressed nice in my tie with hair cut but black.

Interview
Will interview with sales manager and they will bring in a couple sr people to interview you as well. Mostly subjective, based on your personality and whether you fit in with the team.

video interview with their sales leadership team; very nice people and learned about the company and what it takes to succeed in staffing; very welcoming people; I would highly recommend their interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kforce (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2019
Interview
I had Cassandra L reach out and scheduled an interview with me last week. When our appointment time came she never called. Even further when I confirmed the time in our message chain on LinkedIn I never received a response. Very unprofessional.
