I applied online. I interviewed at Kforce (Akron, OH) in Feb 2019
Interview
Phone and Video pre screening to see if we are fit for the role and only then we are sent for the client interview.
Pretty open and straight forward questions asked.

Question 1
Scenario - Conflict between co- workers and how did you deal with it
Phone interview followed by physical in-person with the hiring manager. Afterwards received no feedback or answers to emails by previously responsive recruiter. Was a waste of time, and there was no clear evidence that a real position was open. Ghosting is extremely unprofessional.

I submitted my resume to a recruiter for another position that was posted however, the position was previously filled but was still being posted. The recruiter worked with me on other available positions that came up at a later time and this was a very good experience and she was very helpful.

There were no unexpected questions however; some team members asked more technical questions than what the position was posted for.
