Process was well organised and discussed in beginning only. Proper presentation was given about company profile, expectations and offer. Interview panel is well aware about the Questions and what they were expecting from interviewee . Process comprised of three round Hacker earth test,Designing round, Critical thinking and problem solving round. Though the whole process is some what slow but its expect-able since you can't expect huge panels available for small center of company. Company profile looks very strong by there presentation and profiles of Founders. It's seems a good options for considering for next destination.
