Interview
The Interview Process is straightforward:
1. Online coding(total duration 90min)
Which consists of two parts:
a) Coding question based on the scheduling. It is based on Dynamic Programming. But if you already had some experience then you will get it done with in time.
b) Related to Database, you have to write a query based upon the condition to extract the desired output. It is basically related to JOINS and other clause like GROUP BY , HAVING etc.
2. They call it as Meet your Developer(MOD)
In this round they will come up with the system which is having some existing problem, you have to provide the solution, This is round will test your Basics as well as depth knowledge of your domain, analytical and logical ability. The main focus on this round is Data Structure, Algorithm, Database concepts, system design basic. Some of the question you can relate to your day to day work. Interviewers are co-operatives and if you are stuck anywhere you can ask them they will help you. Duration of this round will be 60 min-90min.
3. System design round
They will ask you the question basically on your experience and the concepts of system design. This round will based upon so many scenarios. You have to good with what you are doing and how you are doing and if you are aware of the current trends in system design then it will help you. The duration of this round is around 60min-90min.
4. Rounds with Director of Engineering
In this round they will ask you mostly about your work and situational based questions. You have to answers them on the basis of your experience. Duration of this round will be 30 min-60min.
5. Round with HR
In this round, you will be judged on what you are and why you are looking for a change. How well you have a knowledge about Kickdrum as well.
6. Final round with Managing Director.
In this round you will be judge on the basis of your behaviour and how you help Kickdrum to achieve it's goals.
Overall experience is very good.

Interview
I recently appeared for a company interview that had four technical rounds followed by an eliminatory HR round. Each round tested different skills like problem-solving, communication, technical depth, and confidence. The experience was challenging but helped me understand my strengths and areas for improvement.
A pre placement talk in VIT vellore followed by an online assessment in our lab basic questions based on aptitude , dbms , OS networks gen Ai followed by 2 medium level coding questions what i got was number of islands modified but same and convert string to number in ascending order

Interview
The online assessment included two coding questions primarily focused on arrays. Additionally, there was a relatively easy quiz that covered fundamental concepts from Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks, Database Management Systems, and a programming language of your choice.
