Question 1
What is your philosophy when it comes to working in community support?
Unfortunately we can't make everyone we talk to happy. Tell me about a time when you handled a difficult client or customer. If you don't have a relevant experience, tell me how you would handle it.
Received email invitation for phone interview within 1 week of applying online. Spoke with head of the department I was applying to for about 45 minutes. He was friendly, interested in my background and asked general questions.
At the end of the interview, he said I would hear back in about 2 weeks. Never heard back so I emailed them and never got a reply.
