Had a phone interview with one person at a scheduled time and they called me 15 mins late with no apology.. Fine it happens, call went well and was asked to come in next day for an interview. I showed up for interview to find out I would not be meeting with the person I had talked to but someone else. Again, that’s fine but they showed up late for the interview. As in walked into building 15 mins after scheduled time and also failed to acknowledge or apologize for this. In the interview they hyper focused on asking me about a previous job that had nothing to do with childcare instead of asking me about my previous childcare experience. To top it all off they never let me know I was no longer being considered for the position. Instead I have seen them put up the exact same job posting on indeed multiple times now. Oh and they like to list the location of the job as somewhere other than the centers true location in job postings. It’s not until you are asked to come in that you find out that it’s in a whole different city.
