Interview
It was comfortable and easy. Simple questions asked and professional environment. All of my questions were answered as well and I left feeling very confident. I was given a tour after the formal interview of the center itself and began with the next steps in the hiring process soon after the initial interview.

Interview
My first interview was a phone interview with the Operations Manager. It wasn't hard, we discussed my experiences and what I was looking for. As well as asked me situation questions. After the phone interview I was contacted back in order to set up an interview with the Director of the site. The operations manager narrowed her interviewees down to the final two and we interviewed and toured the site with the Director. Very straightforward and simple interview about my qualifications and what I would offer the team. I brought many questions to ask about the position and the site in general which I believe is what gave me the one up. I was shortly after contacted by the operations manager and offered the position.
